Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Before shipment: Cancel anytime for a full refund minus payment gateway charges.
• After shipment: Cancellation not allowed once dispatched. You may return within 7 days (see Returns).

2. Rental Order Cancellation

• Cancel up to 24 hours before system dispatch for full refund excluding payment fees.
• Cancel within 24 hours or after dispatch: rental charges proportionate to time used.

3. Returns & Refunds (Sales)

• Return within 7 days of delivery if defective or not as described.
• Must be undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.
• Refund processed within 7 business days of receipt.
• Shipping charges non-refundable.

4. Rental Returns

• Return items on or before due date.
• Late return: Rs. 100/day penalty until received or maximum replacement value.
• Damage charges will be deducted from deposit.

5. Refund Method

Refund via original payment method or store credit if preferred.
