Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Humanoid Maker, we strive to deliver quality rental laptops, rental equipment, robotic kits, and robots. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or rental, our refund policy outlines when and how refunds may apply.

2. Refunds for Products (Sales)

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in the original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  • Products showing physical damage, misuse, or missing parts are not eligible for refund.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds for Rental Services

  • You can cancel a rental order up to 24 hours before dispatch for a full refund (minus gateway charges).
  • Once a rental product is dispatched, no refund will be issued.
  • If you return the rented item before the rental period ends, charges for the remaining unused days are non-refundable.
  • Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded within 7 days after the return and inspection of the rented item.

4. Refunds for Robotic Kits & Custom Projects

  • Refunds are not applicable on robotic kits or custom-built projects unless the item is received damaged or non-functional.
  • In case of manufacturing defects, we offer exchange or repair within 7 days of delivery.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your order ID and reason for refund. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with the next steps.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't been received within 7 business days:

  • Check your bank or payment provider again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
